About Me
Chris "Chip" Hooker was born 11/11/1968 as E.F. Blackwell, the seond
youngest of a large troubled family. At the age of 4, he was adopted
by the Rev. Eddie & Polly Hooker of Cleveland TN. Growing up the
son of a preacher, Chip moved multiple times during his early life and
then finally settling down in Cleveland. He married Tanya J. Tinsley
and started a family. They now have three daughters, Taylar, Lola
& Phoebe. They attend First Baptist Church in Cleveland and are
very active raising their three daughters. Anyone who knows Chip,
knows he is an extremely hard worker and a perfectionist. If you want
